I love the patterns the marsh grass makes with the water in this particular spot. There was a memorable sunset on this night, and I got lucky enough to see an egret fly by! My family had a condo on Hilton Head for 35 years, and that's how I got started painting the marsh. By now I've painted on many of the barrier islands of GA and SC, from Cumberland Island, GA to Edisto Island, SC.
